Welcome to DIYPRINT.

This website is operated by DIYPRINT. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DIYPRINT. DIYPRINT offers this website, including all information, products and services available from this site, to you, the customer, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, uploading artwork, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or services.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependent to use this site.

You agree not to use our products, website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code.

A breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to our services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always handled securely by Shopify and supported payment providers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our website, services, products, content or designs without our written permission.

SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

DIYPRINT provides custom apparel printing, DTF transfers, artwork checking, digital proof preparation, local pickup and Australia-wide delivery services.

Our products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom printed T-shirts
  • Custom printed hoodies
  • Custom printed vests
  • Custom printed shorts
  • Custom printed caps
  • DTF gang sheets
  • Bulk custom printing orders

We make every effort to display product colours, materials, print placements and product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, print appearance and product details may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, material differences and production conditions.

All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM PRINTING AND ARTWORK

When placing a custom print order, you are responsible for providing correct artwork, text, logos, files, print placement choices, product options, sizes, colours and special instructions.

By uploading artwork, logos, images, text or designs to DIYPRINT, you confirm that:

  • You own the artwork, or
  • You have permission to use the artwork, or
  • You have the legal right to print the artwork on the selected products.

You agree that you will not upload or request us to print artwork that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, personality rights or any other rights of another person, business or organisation.

We may refuse to print artwork that we believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.

Our team may check, adjust, improve, resize or prepare your artwork for production. However, we are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect logos, incorrect colours, transparent background issues, or incorrect file uploads.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL

For custom printed orders, DIYPRINT may prepare and email a digital proof before production.

The digital proof is used to confirm general artwork placement, approximate print size and layout. Final production may vary slightly due to garment shape, fabric movement, printing process, material texture and manual production tolerances.

If you approve a digital proof, production may proceed based on that approved proof. Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved proof.

If we do not receive a reply, we may follow up before production where possible. For urgent orders, we may use our professional judgement only when artwork, product options and print placement have been clearly provided.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from DIYPRINT.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, artwork concerns, production limitations, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order, billing, shipping and contact information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. For custom printed products, changes may not be possible once artwork checking, proof preparation or production has started.

SECTION 7 - PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

The final amount payable will be shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges, taxes or other fees where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. DIYPRINT does not store your full payment card details.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND LOCAL PICKUP

Shipping, delivery and pickup terms are set out in our Shipping Policy:

Production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on artwork approval, order size, stock availability, workload, shipping carriers and other factors outside our control.

Local pickup may be available from our Melbourne and Perth production locations after you receive a pickup confirmation email. Please do not visit before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Same-day or 1-hour pickup may be available for selected products only and is subject to stock availability, artwork suitability, order size, proof approval and factory workload.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy:

Because most DIYPRINT items are custom-made based on your selected product, size, colour, print placement and uploaded artwork, custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, incorrect print placement selection, or artwork supplied incorrectly by the customer after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved digital proof, please contact us at diyprint.au@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

SECTION 10 - BULK ORDERS AND QUOTES

Bulk orders, business orders, team orders, event orders and quote requests may be subject to separate pricing, production timelines, artwork requirements and payment terms.

A quote does not guarantee stock, production availability or final delivery time until the order is confirmed and paid where required.

Bulk custom orders may not be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed production issue caused by DIYPRINT.

SECTION 11 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, there may occasionally be errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, stock availability, production times or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, cancel orders or refuse orders if any information is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may include third-party tools, apps, payment providers, shipping services, review services, embedded content or links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices or performance of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

SECTION 13 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Any purchase you make from this store is made directly with DIYPRINT. Shopify is not responsible for our products, production, artwork checking, printing, fulfilment, shipping, customer service, returns or refunds.

SECTION 14 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, layouts, product photos, logos, icons, videos and design elements, is owned by DIYPRINT or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display or use any content from our website without our written permission.

The DIYPRINT name, branding and related materials may not be used without our written consent.

SECTION 15 - CUSTOMER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, artwork, testimonials, feedback or other content to DIYPRINT, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, display and share that content for business, marketing, website, social media or promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringing or harmful.

We may remove customer content at our discretion.

SECTION 16 - PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website, products or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights
  • To upload harmful, misleading or illegal content
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To transmit malware, viruses or harmful code
  • To spam, phish, scrape or interfere with our website
  • To attempt to bypass security features or access restricted systems
  • To request printing of unlawful, infringing or inappropriate artwork

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or remove any order, content or account that violates these Terms.

SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our website, products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYPRINT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, production delays, delivery delays, or replacement costs arising from your use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIYPRINT, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our website or services
  • Your uploaded artwork or content
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your violation of any law or regulation

SECTION 20 - TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if we believe you have violated these Terms or used our services unlawfully or improperly.

Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will continue after termination.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory in which DIYPRINT operates.

You agree that any disputes will be handled in the relevant courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on this page.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
