Refund & Return Policy

Because each DIYPRINT item is custom-made to your selected product, size, colour, print placement and uploaded artwork, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or artwork supplied incorrectly after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the approved digital proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at diyprint.au@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help resolve it with a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved by email. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
