All content displayed on this website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, photos, videos, icons, logos, trademarks, designs and other materials, is owned by DIYPRINT or used with permission from the relevant owners. You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, publish, display or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Customer Artwork and Uploaded Content
When you upload images, logos, artwork, text, designs or other content for custom printing, you confirm that you own the content or have the legal right, permission or licence to use it for custom printing.
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, photo, design, text or file you submit does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, personality rights, moral rights or any other rights of another person, business or organisation.
DIYPRINT is not responsible for legal claims, disputes or losses resulting from customer-supplied artwork or content that the customer did not have permission to use.
Right to Refuse Content
DIYPRINT reserves the right to refuse, cancel or decline any order or uploaded content that we believe is:
- Copyrighted or trademarked without permission
- Illegal or unlawful
- Offensive, hateful, discriminatory or threatening
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Misleading, harmful or abusive
- In breach of any third-party rights
- Unsuitable for production
If an order is refused before production due to unsuitable content, we may contact you to request alternative artwork or provide further instructions.
Product Images, Colours and Print Results
We make every effort to display product colours, print examples and images as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours, print colours, placement, size and final results may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, fabric type, garment movement, artwork quality and production processes.
Digital mockups, proofs and previews are provided as guides only. Final print results may vary slightly within normal production tolerance.

DIYPRINT reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change product details or cancel orders affected by incorrect information, pricing errors, stock issues or production limitations.
